Enchanted Walkabout Guide, Faerie Realm and Nature Facilitator, Healer, UFO Contactee, and More!

John Springer has been doing faerie programs since 2000, since what he refers to as his calling out from the Faerie Realm. He has been the director of the Enchanted Children's Garden in Lake County, Florida; a Presenter at the Enchanted Forest Intuitive Camp in North Carolina; on the teaching staff of the Tibet-Butler Preserve & Environmental Education Center in Orange County, Florida conducting Enchanted Walkabouts; will be conducting monthly programs at the Central Florida Zoological Park; has been on the Advisory Board of LIFE [Learning Is For Everyone], a home school group, conducting Enchanted Walkabouts for more than 100 home schoolers and families at their many gatherings and events; presently under contract with the City of Winter Park conducting Enchanted Walkabouts at Mead Gardens on a monthly basis; conducts monthly walkabouts at Palm Island in Mount Dora, Florida; will be a Presenter at the Fairy and Human Relations Congress in Washington State in 2008, and many more programs and places around Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, awakening people to their connection to our Mother Earth and the Faerie Realm.
John is the past Director of the Conscious Awareness Network [CAN], the Gathering Of Light Delegates [GOLD] Group, the Green Living Group, the Healers Under God [HUG] Group, the Orlando Metaphysical Society [OMS], the Saturday Night Synergy Group all located within the Central Florida area. He is called a Lightworker Networker and is known as Johnny Spirit Seed and sometimes called King Fairy or Papa Smurf, as he plants seeds of awareness and awakens people's divine wisdom. John is a Reiki Master and has been trained in many other healing techniques, however he credits his healing gift to the Holy Spirit with the blessings of the Catholic Church. He is presently creating a F.A.E. [Faerie And Earth] School & Conclave at the Mountain Light Sanctuary in North Carolina, during the last weekend in September 2007.
In the early 1970s he wrote programs in Environmental Education for the State of Florida, including Sensitivity & Awareness in Nature, Awakening the Five Senses to Nature; He graduated from Purdue University in Landscape Architecture with minors in Forestry, Art & Design and Interior Design and has a Master's background in Environmental/Science Education in curriculum development.
John is also an Eagle Scout and has earned the William T. Hornaday Award for Distinguished Service to Conservation in 1964, awarded by the New York Zoological Society and the National Council of the Boy Scouts of America. John is the Roundtable Commissioner for Wekiwa District in the Central Florida Council and has more than 30 years experience in the Boy Scouts.

Editor: From what I've read, in many respects, you are and do fit into the very successful role of a highly professional person, but then that archetypal image for a lot of conventional minded folks might seem shattered, I would imagine, when they learn that you lead like enchanted fairy walks for children and adults alike. How do you generally address what a large skeptical percentage of the population might perceive as a contradiction?
John Springer: Well I call them Enchanted Walkabouts for the reason that it gives them a different way of looking at things. It's not just a walk, and I add the Walkabout because people are familiar with that from the Australian terminology of a Walkabout. If anybody had any sensing of what a Walkabout was is that it's a walk on the land and looking at it differently. I think that even the definition of a Walkabout comes about in a different way as well.
I'm not concerned about people's skepticism, especially since I have been invited to speak before groups such as the Rotary, Kuwanis, Civitan, and I wear my top hat and I put sparkles on my face and have shoes that flash as I walk, and when I show them pictures such as the ballerina tree and other photographs, it gets their attention very fast. They realize that they're actually missing out on a lot of sights out in nature that they need to be aware of.
Usually people are not so much in denial when you show them the photographs, and that's why I, even though I do classes on photographing fairies, orbs, and nature spirits, I bring up the nature spirits first because they're the most tangible, and as I took the Rangers out at one of the local parks (it was Tibet-Butler Preserve) and I told them, "You need to come with me. You need to see what I share with people so that you will understand what people see," because they're all very literal people, and everyone of them was skeptical, even though they worked in one of the county parks.
So I took them out and immediately I showed them what a face looks like, and it was just basically where the limbs had been on a pine tree, and I said, "Consider this to be an eye where this limb was and consider where this could be an eye, and then bring it down and this could be a nose and this could be a mouth." And they went, "Oh yeah, yeah, you're right." Then I showed them a tree with lips and they began to get the picture and I said, "It's a way of, you might say, sparking the imagination, bringing that imagination out." And then I took them on one of the trails, a very, very good trail, and then we came across this standing stump and I said, "Switch your vision to look at this as though it was a castle in the Lord of the Rings and you're looking at towers and windows and doors," and their eyebrows started going up and they began to see it as that. Then I showed them a fallen tree that had broken, and I said, "Now I want to show you a dragon," and I said, "here's it's snout, here's it's eyes, here's it's mouth, here's it's tusks," and oh my gosh, their eyebrows went up and it looked like their eyeballs popped right out of their heads and their mouths dropped open and they went "Oh my God, we see it."
Editor: No one started running, did they?
John Springer: Nobody started running. Then I said, "Now keep in mind when someone goes on a nature walk you lose them after about 10 or 15 minutes, because it's too much scientific information and they go into overload," and both the Rangers who were with me said, "Oh my God, you're so right." I said, "After awhile they're just walking in the woods. They're not hearing you, they're not paying attention to you, they're not seeing anything, and they're not connecting with anything. They're just walking in the woods. This way, I point out faces, dragons, castles, and other anomalies of nature, the oddities and the unusual. After awhile, they're pointing things out to me."
I had a Ranger go with me on the first walk. It was her last day in this park after five years and she was so excited she went, "Oh my God, I can't believe I've been missing out on so much that this park offers. You have shown me a different way of looking at everything."
That's the idea. And then when a leaf waves at you from way back, or if you come across a spinning leaf you can talk to the leaf and get it to slow down, speed up, change direction, or stop, and it does almost every time. People notice that when I point out a waving leaf that it usually stops when I point at it (laughs).
So that's how I handle the skeptics, and for those who claim that they do not feel anything I put them between two trees and (tell them) "put your one hand out to one tree and put your other hand out to the other and just stand there," and within a minute they'll feel something. Many times they'll feel a tingling in their hands, or their hands start itching, or their hands get hot. They will feel something.
Editor: You were explaining to me the other night that a lot of times we've got to get out of our heads and into the heart, into the feeling part of ourselves.
John Springer: That's absolutely right.
Editor: Now could you address how you generally perceive the spiritual world and how it was that you came to embark upon the spiritual path that you're on now?
John Springer: That's an interesting question. After being raised on a farm in Indiana and my mother said that I used to sit on the cows when I was three. She never figured how I got up on the cows, and then I saw the movie Crocodile Dundee and he pointed to this bull and he dropped to his knees and I went, "I know that trick. I've done that trick." I had no problem with the bulls in the fields, or the cows. I would walk amongst them without any problem, and they would drop to their knees and I would climb up on them, and that's why I got addicted to salt. I literally shared the salt lick with them. I would lick the salt lick with the cows.
Editor: Okay. Well, you were young. (Laugh)
John Springer: Yeah, that's right. And I remember that I could call a hawk to me when I was young and on the farm, and this red tail hawk would fly to me and land maybe five feet from me and I could literally step into his body and fly through his eyes.
Editor: Sounds like an old shaman's trick.
John Springer: Yeah, and I find myself speaking this language. It's a very interesting language, and I asked my mother about it and she goes, "Well, you know, either you're talking in tongues, or you're speaking the language in which you spoke before."
Editor: Your mother sounds like she's got a little bit of mystic in her.
Now a mutual Native American friend of ours, a teacher and explorer named Wanda Dove Tice Reed of Hamilton, Alabama, encouraged me recently to do this interview with you, and Dove, as you well know, is a genuine delight. My wife Joan and I have had the pleasure of knowing her for some twelve years now. We've been in dozens of sweat lodges with her and been part of dozens of other memorable and wonderful events and activities. Everyone who crosses paths with Dove has fond memories and stories to share. Well, most everybody anyway. (laughs) How about you?
John Springer: I met her originally in Tiger, Georgia. She was staying at a place called Four Winds Village, which is an Essence Faithists community in the northeast portion of Georgia, near Clayton. And we just had this connection and I would sit down with her and talk with her and we stayed in touch after that, and I remember after she got back home again and she called me up, and this was probably in the early 1990s, and she said, "My sons are getting away from God. How do I get them back in touch?" I said, "Have them go out and hug a tree for 20 minutes." I said, "By hugging the tree they will be hugging God." She did have them do that and she said that it did make a difference.
I've shared that story with many who, when they ask me what church I belong to, I'll say, "The church of the tree," even though I was raised Methodist. I traveled in Japan with three Catholic priests, a Catholic nun, a Baptist minister, a Methodist minister, a Quaker minister, and a Zen Buddhist monk, and stayed in a Zen Buddhist monastery and visited other religious establishments, became Catholic when I returned and chose Saint Guthlac who would talk to the angels and the spirits of the forest, and the Bishop said, "Oh, you're the only one who has ever selected him. He'll take very good care of you."
Editor: Well, I would say that the church of the tree has probably been around longer than the rest of them.
John Springer: That's right. I remember somebody asking me that at a gathering of psychics and healers. Most of them were from Cassadaga, and I remember putting my hands straight up, above my head, and then straight down to the trees, and saying, "Church of the tree." And they went, "Oh, I like that."
Editor: That's part of the shamanic belief system and has been around for what, 50,000 years?
John Springer: Yes, at least, and I have many, many lifetimes with that.
Editor: Now the other night when we were talking you mentioned your UFO related experience in Washington State, in the vicinity of Mount Rainer.
John Springer: Right. I remember my lady friend and I had dinner, and it was a full moon night I recall, and it was so funny. This is a side note on this. We arrived at Mount Rainer at a place called Paradise, near the summit, with a huge lodge, and this guy comes over with a map and says, "Are you from around here?" And I said, "No, I'm from Orlando, Florida." He said he was from the Orlando area too and we started talking and sure enough we knew the same people.
Editor: It's a small world.
John Springer: Small world. And then I go into the gift shop and there were T-shirts and sweatshirts with Mickey Mouse, and I think, "I can't get away from this rat." Then there were deer grazing near the summit, near the lodge, and I walked among the deer, and I was able to touch them. My lady friend was freaking out saying, "What are you doing?" I said, "I'm not afraid of them and they're not afraid of me."
Editor: Kind of like an animal whisperer.
John Springer: Yeah. So we had dinner at Paradise, an interesting name, and we were staying with friends in Rochester, Washington, which was about 200 miles away, and so we decided to drive on back, and I remember coming down the mountain road there were two huge porcupines crossing the road. And as we're driving back and it's late we all of a sudden got very tired. I thought, "My Gosh, I don't know why we're so tired." So I found a side road and pulled off and we started to put the seats back and we immediately were put to sleep. Now I don't know if we were that tired and we fell asleep, or something caused us to go to sleep. Then we sort of awoke at the same time and we drove a bit further, another 100 miles or so, and again it was like we all of a sudden got really, really tired. Pulled off again and gone. Went to sleep again and I went, "What the heck is going on here?" I knew that something was going on but I didn't know what was going on. So we finally made it back to our friend's house early in the morning and slept, woke up the next morning and I noticed all of a sudden I went, "Oh my God!" She had circular bruises. These bruises were two inches across, on various parts of her body. She had about 8 bruises and one of the bruises was directly over her navel, bruises over her ovaries, bruises over her kidney points, bruises in her groin area, and I was like, "Did you go through cupping yesterday?" No," she goes, "I don't bruise this easily. You do." And I do. I bruise very easily, and there were no bruises on me. And I went, "Hmm. Something happened."
So anyway, we came back home and a friend of mine I shared this with said, "You need to talk to Robyn Quail." Robyn Quail works with abductees. So we contacted her and we did a past life regression for abductees, and sure enough my lady friend was taken down in trance and I got to hear hers, and sure enough we were both taken up and she was examined on this table, in this examining room, with all of these interesting characters of different races. It wasn't just greys. There were a bunch of different races, and she described them and everything. And so she took me down and you could hear on the tape where she took me down and from that point on you couldn't hear a thing. Nothing shows up on the tape, until she takes me back out, and she was like, "I don't understand. This has never happened before. But let me share with you what you said." I was taken up too and she said I said, "I saw her on the table," but I was given a tour of the ship. I was introduced to others and they even let me fly it.
So I was given a tour and, you know, after I heard that I went, "Oh my God, who am I?"
Editor: Who are you?
John Springer: I don't know. There were like tall blonds and blue people. It was like an intergalactic ship. It was huge! And it was almost like you put your hand on this panel and with your thought you guided the ship.
Editor: So you got to drive it awhile. How did you communicate with the others?
John Springer: It was all mental.
Editor: Did you have any idea what the shape of the ship was?
John Springer: No, I don't have a clue on that because I was inside.
Editor: Where did you take it off to for a spin? Was it between here and the moon?
John Springer: That I don't know. I don't know if I was just jumping between mountains or flying around the earth a few times. I don't recall that. I know that we were way out there.
It was just very interesting, and then to have the Cosmic Council experiences after that it was like, "Who am I really?"
Editor: Was it soon after that that you had that?
John Springer: Yup. Ah. I've got to think about that one. The Cosmic Council Meetings were I think in that same time period because I was living in College Park and I was involved with this lady at that time. I don't know if it was before or after that time period. I think it was after that time period because this would have been 1990 and the council meetings came about I think in 1991.
The Cosmic Council Meetings involved avatars, master teachers, saints, healers and selected members according to their earth assignment and has been happening for eons. There are many humans, this time around, that have been an avatar, saint, master teachers, shaman, or other high spiritual beings in the past that have volunteered to return during this lifetime to assist in the transformation and transfiguration of our planet and its members.
Editor: And that experience was something that was very evidential for you because so many other people described the same thing to you later, correct?
John Springer: Oh yeah. It was like when you have some of these episodes happening you think, "Am I the only one going crazy, or are there others?" (John laughs) And when others came to me and told me the same story it was like, "Oh, I know this storyline," and then to have others call me it was like, "How do they know to call me to tell me this storyline?"
Editor: Could you run through it again, how it happened for you the first time?
John Springer: I'm a landscape designer by profession and I'm hearing in my head, "We need to talk. Now!" And I already had a connection with the Cosmic Committee, so it wasn't anything unusual to get a directive, but it was just that it was like "We need to talk now!" Oh dear! I go, "I have an appointment at 4 o'clock I can't just" "No, we need it now. You've got to find a place and park." So I found a place and I parked under a tree and I put my seat back and locked the doors and God, just like "wham," I was gone, and then I came back in and I turned on the car to see what time it was and it was 5:55. And I went, "I wonder where I'm at?" because I didn't remember where I was at or what day it was or anything else. I was like, "Where was I? What happened?" I had no recollection. Then I realized that I had to be in Winter Haven by 7:30 and I went, "Oh my God, I've got to go home and take a shower and change and leave again," which was another hour and a half drive, and the odd part was that I made it on time. I had never been to this group meeting before. I'm not a Huna healer, though everybody claims that I am, and I sit down and as we're taking a break, and I knew most of the people there anyway, one lady pulled me aside and said, "John, I had the weirdest experience today. At 4 o'clock I get this message, 'We need to talk now!' and she repeats the entire storyline and says she woke up at 5:55, covered with sweat, didn't know where she was at, and I went, 'I know this storyline.' And it was just like, "Oh my God!" and then to have so many others to communicate with me, in the same week, with the same storyline.
Editor: How many people came to you?
John Springer: Over all there were seven of us, and then I encountered another person five years later that was talking about it to a friend of hers, who had a gathering, and when I sketched out the table and showed it to her (I didn't say a word to her). All I did was say, "Does this look familiar?" and she goes, "Oh my God, you were there." Yup, I was there.
Editor: Yet you said that you know there was a meeting but you can't remember what was talked about.
John Springer: Nope. I don't know what was said.
Editor: But since you do remember some details of what you saw, can you take a moment and describe what you remember?
John Springer: Think of a triangle. Round out at the corners and place a circle near the rounded corner matching the curvature of the rounded corner. There have been recorded sightings of space ships with this same configuration. It was a very large conference table with thirty three people seated on each side.
Editor: But of course you don't know consciously what was said?
John Springer: Consciously, that's correct. My soul knows, and I think it might be related to earth awareness, planting more seeds and waking up more people.
Editor: With many so-called abductees and contactees there seems to be a great deal of their waking time, especially after contact, that is devoted to trying to make others aware of the environment, earth awareness and things.
Another thing that I was wondering if you could tell again was what you mentioned about the apparitions of planes that flew over and there was no sound.
John Springer: I've heard about others having that same experience. The first time was in high school. I think it was my senior year, in 1964, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Arsenal Technical High School. We had an enrollment of 9000. The campus used to be a civil war training campground and some of the buildings were there during the civil war. The original barracks, barn, guard house, and arsenal. There were fourteen buildings on campus.
So anyway, a bunch of us were standing in front of the arsenal and talking and somebody said "look up!" It was a low wing small airplane sitting there about a 1000 feet up. Sitting there. Not moving, and we could see the propeller, and it wasn't moving. We were going, "This is not normal. This is not real. Is this real?" We're all going, "Well we all see it." I think that there were about 10 or 12 of us.
Editor: Kind of like a hologram of some kind?
John Springer: Right.
Editor: Were you seeing it like the underbelly or was it like the reflected image of..
John Springer: No, we're seeing the underbelly of it.
Editor: Very strange.
John Springer: Very strange. Then we sort of like took our eyes away from it, talking about it, and we looked up again and it was gone. We had no idea what to call it. Didn't know what we saw, except that there was an airplane sitting there. Did it fall? Where did it go? We couldn't figure it out.
I was in college when I came across the C-130's. I was on a school break and I was staying with my parents in Fairland, Indiana, near Shelbyville, Indiana. I was driving to Rushville, Indiana, in southeast Indiana, near Indianapolis, and I came across a road (I forget what road I was on) but it was a corridor where UFOs had been seen. I had some friends of mine tell me about this glowing ball that came over their car and landed in a field, and in fact they took me to the field to show me the burned circle in the middle of the field. And as I was driving this road there were like these C-130's, flying box cars, came right over the top of me, probably 500 feet, if that. Like at tree top levels. Now C-130's are pretty danged noisy and there was no sound. No sound at all. They were in formations of three, three and three. There were nine of them.
Editor: This was at night?
John Springer: No, this was in the daytime. And what was interesting is that within probably 5 to 10 miles from this location is the Indiana National Guard State Headquarters at the Shelbyville Airport. So I called them up that day and asked, "Where are your closest C-130s?" "They're in Ohio." I said, "I just saw nine of them, flying at tree top level." The guy said, "Impossible."
Editor: How about your spiritual experiences. I know that you believe and deal with the angelic realm, nature spirits and things. Have you had any personal experiences that you'd care to share?
John Springer: I've had so many phenomena happen. Oh yeah, I could tell you about a phenomenon that happened in 2002. It was a very bizarre year. On January 10th, of that year, my oldest brother was killed in a plane crash. He had built an airplane and he was out flying it, the carbon monoxide got to him and he was succumbed to by carbon monoxide and crashed into Mosquito Lagoon, near Titusville, Florida. And ironically I had a friend of mine fishing in the Mosquito Lagoon at the time and they took pictures of the accident.
That happened on 01-10. On 02-20, February 20th, that same year, I was involved in a head-on collision. There was a boy who was 16 years old who had already gone through three speed traps, clocked doing 99 in a 55 mile zone, and he was driving his mother's Chevy SUV. He was on what we call State Road 414, or Maitland Boulevard, and I was on a road called Eden Park Road, and I was turning into the left turn lane and there was a car in front of me, and he came around that corner on two wheels and drove straight into me. My guides Gus was saying, "Do you think you can get away from this fool?" and I went, "I don't think so." And then crunch, he drove straight into me.
Now the interesting part of this is that his airbags didn't go off, my airbags didn't go off, he tried to bag up and get away from me and I saw people at all four corners of this intersection waving their arms, like in the movie Angels In The Out Field, to let the police know where he was at. The strange part of this is that I've never seen people at all four corners of that intersection at the same time. I travel that intersection all of the time and I have never seen people at all four corners, and I have never seen it since. And I saw these people (and maybe they weren't people) and they disappeared after the police surrounded him. They just weren't there. Now what was also unusual is that he was not hurt and I was not hurt. The police are shaking their heads as they're walking around the accident scene. I ask them, "What's wrong? What's going on?" They said, "We've never seen this happen before. We've always seen blood." I went, "Sorry to disappoint you."
And the surprising part was that I gathered up my headlights. I have a Mercury Villager and I think it was designed for head-on collisions because the radiator is located many inches from the engine block and the fuse box is designed to be smooshed up against the battery, and after I gathered up all of the pieces of my car I drove my car home, and I had my contractor and my house mate follow me home, to make sure that the car would make it home, and they said I dropped little parts all of the way home. I only lived a mile away. I moved the car one more time after I got it home and when we had it towed to the dealership, to the body shop, they said that they could not start the car and when I told them that I had driven the car home they said, "That was impossible."
I'm still driving that car. In fact, the last trip that we did, to North Carolina, I recorded the mileage, and you know how many miles per gallon I was getting? 28 to 32 miles per gallon.
Editor: That's good.
John Springer: People say, "Why don't you trade it in?" I say, "With this mileage, why should I?"
Now this kid had a false ID, had no drivers license, had a temporary license, and they took him to jail for three days. He barely missed the car in front of me by an inch. Many people said that it was a good thing that he hit me for several reasons. I had probably saved many lives because of it. He was out of control. If he hadn't hit me then he would have rolled the SUV, and also school had just let out, less than a mile away, and there were kids on both sides of the road. It could have easily killed any of them.
There was a fire department guy who came running up to me, as I sat there, and said, "I'll be a witness for you," and I said, "Okay," and he asked if I was fine and I was fine. He didn't see the crash but he heard the crash because he lived in the house right nearby and the guy in front of me saw the crash because he saw the guy come around the corner literally on two wheels.
I called up my other brother and told him, "Do not leave the house on the 30th of March." He said why, and I said, "There's a pattern here." Harold died on the 10th of January, I had a head-on collision on the 20th of February, so on March 30th, I told him, "You'd better stay home."
He did. Just to make sure. (laughed) Just in case. And everybody was shocked. "You're not hurt?" No, I wasn't bleeding, I walked around. I even went to a job site right afterwards. I was a little bit shaken.
That's probably the most profound story. I remember in college I was driving home (it was probably in 1968 or something like that). My degree is from Purdue University in landscape architecture and so I was driving home and there was a bunch of other cars and a voice came into my head and said "Get off the road." So I go into this service station and I take inventory. Did I need to go to the bathroom. No. Did I need to make a phone call. No. Do I need to get something to eat. No. Why am I off the road? Do I need gas. No.
Okay, so I get back on the road and all of the cars that I had been with were involved in a multi-car accident.
Editor: Then you knew.
John Springer: I knew. Yup, sure did.
Editor: You mentioned your spirit contact with GUS. Could you explain some about who or what GUS is?
John Springer: I was introduced to G.U.S. by Beverly Watson, then from Charlotte, North Carolina, and now near Irving, Texas. She is of the Seven-Fold Foundation. Now GUS is Gods, Goddesses, Guardians Up Stairs. Now I have just recently added Gnomes, Gremlins, Genies and Green Men and Women to the mix at the directives of GUS.
Oh and I have to share this story. This is in reference to trust. I was driving up to North Carolina in my RV, which I had a Dolphin for awhile which I called Lovejoy, and when I stayed with Dove I was in Lovejoy and near her is Lovejoy Freewill Baptist Church, which I thought was most appropriate.
So anyway I was driving up and it was late one night in the Carolinas and the gas light comes on. I was getting low on fuel and I'm hearing "Pull off at the next exit," and I look out there and I went "But it's dark, it's dark." I'm driving a little bit closer and its "Pull off at the next exit!" I'm like "You guys must be crazy. It's dark as blazes out there." Then as I'm finally almost there it's, "Pull off at the next exit NOW!" "Okay, okay, I'll pull off." So I get up at the top of the exit and I look to my left there's nothing, black as anything, there's nothing there. I look to my right and it's black. Well, however, there's a gas station there, and I'm thinking, "I am in an RV. I can pull up to a pump sort of like sleep at the pump and sort of be there when they wake up in the morning." So I pull into this gas station with no lights on anywhere and I pull up and I come to a pump and I turn off my lights and I turn off my engine, and then wham, all of the lights start coming on, all the way across. I went, "Oh my gosh, what the heck is going on?" This lady comes out and said, "Something was making me stay. I usually am closed by this time but I kept hearing "Stay put. There's someone who needs gas. Wait for them." She said, "I'll turn the pumps on for you."
Editor: She's got the gift too. (we laugh)
John Springer: Another one, very similar to that, I was coming back from North Carolina in my car, with a friend of mine, one of my healer friends, and we needed gas and we pulled into this gas station, up to the pump, and my friend goes, "What are you doing? The gas station is not open." I said "I know, but we need gas and someone will be here." He said, "How do you know that?" and I said, "I haven't a clue, but I just know that." And sure enough, within 15 minutes the owner of the gas station shows up, with his sons in his car, and he goes, "I'll turn the pumps on for you." And then he goes, "I want you to know that I just came from the hospital. My wife is in the hospital," and we ended up doing healing prayers for his wife at the gas pump. He goes, "A voice was telling me that I needed to go to the gas station to help someone and that they were going to help me."
It blew my friend away!
Do you mind another story? Again I was in my RV and I was going through a town called Vallonia, Indiana. Vallonia missed becoming the capital of Indiana and lost to Indianapolis by one vote. This is in Southern Indiana, right along I-65. There's no stop lights in this town. Just a flashing light, and that's it, and as I'm driving through town and get to the other side of town I hear "Look at the angel on the hill," and I turn to my left and there's a magnificent angel in this little cemetery, in the middle of a mellon field, up on a knoll, and I'm hearing "Turn around. Find out about the angel on the hill." So I turn my Dolphin around and I go to the only gas station in town and I said, "Who knows about the angel on the hill?" A lady goes, "Oh, that's Bill Hunsucker. He has a greenhouse right down the road." They gave me directions to his place. So I go down to the greenhouse and I knock on the door and I said, "I'm here to see Bill Hunsucker about the angel on the hill." He goes, "I'm Bill Hunsucker. Follow me down. I'll take you there." I follow him and we park and we're walking and come to find out he's a Purdue graduate. I thought, "Well, this is pretty wild. We're right in the heart of Indiana University country and here's a Purdue graduate."
We quietly go up this little knoll and sure enough it's a family cemetery plot with this angel. I've never seen an angel like this before. He said that his grandfather bought this angel in France in 1924 and he had it shipped back to Vallonia, Indiana to be put into the family cemetery plot. They put it up on a pedestal. I've got lots of pictures of it, and I've shared it with people and people literally break down and cry when they see the photos of this angel. And as we're walking back to our vehicles he turns to me and says, "I've been expecting you." I go, "What are you talking about?" He goes, "The holy spirit told me that someone would be coming asking about the angel on the hill."
Editor: And someone told you to turn around, didn't they?
John Springer: That's right. I went, "Oh my gosh," and I have a really strong holy spirit connection, and in fact I have a portrait that has been done for me that portrays the holy spirit surrounded by rainbows. As I left him I saw a round barn. I love round barns. I love taking pictures of round barns. So I pulled off the road to take pictures of this round barn and a farmer comes out and waves his hands and goes, "Stop, stop!" and I said "You don't want me to take pictures of your round barn?" He says, "Oh no, I want you to take pictures of it. I want to move all my vehicles out of the way so that you can take a better picture. I knew you were coming." I went, "Excuse me?" He goes, "I saw you walking in the field with Bill Hunsucker. I knew you were coming here next." And he was a Purdue graduate too.
Talk about being guided, that's really being guided, and I get a lot of those experiences.
Editor: Yeah, that's a lot of precognition and synchronicity.
John Springer: I have one more I'd like to share. This is in reference to nature. I was coming back from a National Federation of Spiritual Healers Conference with a lady friend and we pulled into the botanical gardens south of Athens (Georgia). It was on my birthday, the 14th of October. We were walking and we come across this area of the gardens that said "Mature Climax Forest" and my lady friend goes "Well John, this describes you very well. Mature, climax, and forest. Yeah, that's the three words that fit you real well!" So I have a picture of me standing by the sign and we're walking the trails in this Mature Climax Forest and we get to this deck and we were laying on this deck and I said, "Oh, by the way, I can talk to the wind." She goes, "Oh yeah, sure you can." I said, "No watch," and I moved my hands in a counterclockwise manner and asked the wind to come down. Sure enough we could see the wind, coming through the treetops and comes right over us. She was like, "Oh wow!" And I said, "Now I want you to focus in on a leaf way up in the trees and point it out to me and then ask that leaf to come to you." Sure enough, she had a leaf way out there and she asked that leaf to come to her and we watched that leaf break away and literally float through the forest, around trees and hitting up winds and everything else, and it came and landed on her heart, and her entire body shook.
She said that was a changing life experience for her.
When I do my enchanted walkabouts I get people to pay attention to the waving leaves, spinning leaves, and to communicate with all of nature. In fact, I talked with a lady today from Washington State who is wanting to come and be a part of our fairy and earth school that we're putting together in North Carolina and she's looking to connect with others who can communicate with the many realms of God. That's what we do. We truly teach people how to communicate with all of these many realms. Especially the flowers. When you start talking to the trees and start talking to the flowers, it's like when we pick fruit off of a tree we thank the tree for the fruit that it provides and in picking that fruit we feel the love of that tree in acknowledging our love of it. There is a taste difference in fruit that you love and that you're picking and acknowledging than fruit that you buy in the store. That's why we encourage people in our classes to do blessings.
Have you ever gone into a restaurant and everybody is angry? Well, chances are the cook was angry and that anger energy went into all of the food that was prepared by the angry cook. Thus everybody becomes angry. So it's very important to bless your food and bless your water and everything which came forth and you won't be sort of like taken in by the anger. It won't become you.
You know, a very good way to protect yourself from someone who is extremely angry and they're trying to direct it toward you, is to put your hands over your solar plexus and it will protect you and it will keep your power.
I want to share now something about getting personal power. After my father died I felt like I was off balance. I needed to get re-grounded. It was recommended that I go to these two healers that worked as a team. So I went to them and they had a very interesting methodology. They would get out a large piece of paper and give you a basket of crayons and ask you to draw something and they would do an interpretation of what's going on and what's happening, and I did something very unusual. I drew with both hands and I found myself drawing an image literally a mirror image of itself, because I was doing the opposite of one hand to the other. I went, "Well I've never done this like this before. What the heck is going on?" One of the healers looks at this and he goes, "Oh my gosh, you're of the Golden Ray." Now I've never heard that terminology before. I went, "Well this is real interesting. I wonder what all that means?" So they put me in this room, this healing room, and they had all of these deities on the walls with Buddha, Jesus, and crystals and everything else, Mohammad, and a whole bunch of others, saints and all, and so I'm laying on a table and I literally go out and I have no idea where I went, and I mean quickly too. When I sort of came back in they had laid out a crystal grid on me and these crystals start flying off of me, whizzing past my head. I'm like, "Something's happened here." I go to the door and the door is locked, from the inside. I can unlock it but it's locked. It's only been a couple of hours (not even that) later. I walk down the hallway of this home that I'm in and both the healers are asleep. So I left.
Come to find out they tried to do some work on me and they were literally pushed out of the room by my guides and the door was locked behind them and they were put to sleep by my guides. Apparently they were trying to take my personal power away and so a friend of mine gave me this exercise to do, and he said to create a circle, sit or stand, and say out loud, "I give back to you any power I may have taken from you and demand back all of the power that you've taken from me," and say it three times to the four directions, and then lay down. I did that, and Oh my God, I was laying down and I could feel all of this energy coming back into me through the top of my head, out through the toes and bottoms of my feet, I could feel it blasting through my hand, my fingertips, all of the minor and major chakra points felt like they were popping open and I experienced the essence of my soul. Now I didn't know that it was the essence of my soul, but I was going, "Why am I drooling this stickiness? Why does my skin feel different? Why do I smell like apricots?" Well, it was the essence of my soul. I went to a Catholic priest to find out the answers and that's when he gave me the terminology. "Oh, you were experiencing the essence of your soul." He said, "Jesus's essence is gardenias. Mary's essence was roses. Everybody has an essence of the soul."
I first thought, "Was it because I ate a lot of apricots and I loved dried apricots?" That wasn't the case. It was the vibrational qualities of apricots which is golden and pink. My aura is golden and pink.
Now I also want to share with you what soul tears are. Soul tears are the tears that come closest to the ears. Human tears are the tears that come closest to the nose, because that's where the tear ducts are at, and many times you'll tear soul tears when something touches your soul. It could be music, it could be a sunset, it could be a rainbow, it could be children, it could be a movie, it could be a beautiful scene, it could be nothing. And if it happens on the left side it's something to do with females in your life and if it happens on your right side then it happens with males in your life.
It's a different chemical composition than the human tears.
Editor: And it's around your ears?
John Springer: No, no, no. It comes from the corners of the eyes closest to the ears.
Those are soul tears.
Editor: And you've experienced that?
John Springer: Oh gosh, all of the time. A lot of people do. They just don't have a word to call it.
What I've been doing is giving people permission to remember their divine connections. I do it through the enchanted walkabouts or what I call my cosmic grab bag or my boogie busting and spiritual house cleaning.

An Alien Encounter In Bloomington Indiana - The John Tosti Story

As Ufologists we hear many stories of unusual encounters and sightings of exotic crafts flying through our day and night skies. Every once in a while we come across a case that truly defies explanation. This is one of those cases I am writing about now. I was contacted recently and was sent a couple of photos of something unusual. At least for now it remains unexplained. At first the conversation started over the object itself but what I didn't realize was, that there was a lot more to come.
This story comes from a man by the name of John Tosti who resides in the southern part of Bloomington, Indiana on acreage in a rural setting and who has lived in the area for many years. Back in his younger days he was an avid hunter and enjoyed being in the outdoors. John would leave his home roughly around 4:00 to 5:00 a.m., before the sun had risen so he could get to the back of his property in hopes of spotting game. One day as he made ready to head out, John walked onto his front porch and quickly noticed three bright spherical shaped lights which appeared to be floating above the top of the trees.
One of the lights travelled to the west. This first light wasn't moving erratically and was flying along rather slowly. The color of the light was blue. The light at arms length was approximately the size of a quarter and the other two lights the size of a dime. These two were green and red and were moving erratically around the blue light in a figure eight pattern. They were slightly smaller than the blue lights. The objects were low enough in altitude that they cast their light onto the trees. An estimate of the distance away from the witness would have placed the lights at around 100 yards away from him. John said he watched them move along slowly for approximately three to four minutes before they disappeared. He stood watching and was totally baffled at the strange sight. John explained he had never observed anything like this before. He said that he has seen all types of different aircraft and helicopters and knows what they sound and look like. These lights made no sound whatsoever.
He eventually made his way back home. He woke up his fiancée to tell her what he had just witnessed. Still half asleep John's fiancée listened with a puzzled look on her face as she didn't understand what he'd seen. He went into more detail about the sighting and took her outside in the cool early morning. He pointed in the direction where he saw the lights. They both stood outside discussing it for a few minutes and eventually she went back inside and back to bed. John sat down on the couch to reflect on what he just had witnessed.
Later that day John talked with a couple of co-workers at the construction site about different things. He made arrangements with his close friend Jim to go out hunting the next day.
John woke up early the next morning ready for the days hunt. His friend Jim pulled up at approximately 4:00 - 4:30 a.m. Both men sat outside pulling on their gear and getting things prepared for the hike to the back of the property. Once again John looked skywards and was surprised to see the same lights were back in the same area performing the same maneuvers. Jim sat there observing, not saying much at all, then finally he turned to John and asked, "what the heck is that ?"
John told his friend that he had no idea what these objects were. He explained he had witnessed the very same thing a day earlier. They both sat watching and looking at each other from time to time and finally shrugged their shoulders and carried on with what they had planned for the morning. Both turned on their flashlights and headed off towards the back end of the property.
Both men were approximately mid-way through the property when they came to a small creek which runs along the side of a hill. John was the first to notice an orange/red glowing ball in the distance in a forested area in the gully. Knowing there was nothing back there to cause this light source he thought it might have been the setting moon, as this was the first thought that came to his mind. The men continued walking, went up the hill and towards the bright colored ball of light which now they saw was sitting in the gully. From their position on the hill all of a sudden they saw the ball of light blink out. Now the two hunters stood baffled, amazed, and nervous at what they both had just seen.
As they looked toward the area where they saw the ball of light there appeared two single lights. John's first thoughts were that a couple of hunters were wearing a strap-on light band around their heads, or miners with the light on their hard hats. But two figures were down in the gully where the orange light was. They were coming in the direction of John and Jim. Thinking they may be hunters and not wanting to be mistaken for a wild animal and being shot at, John told his friend Jim to get behind one of the larger trees which was close to them. Both men laid down on the ground staying silent and keeping out of sight from the figures that were approaching their location. John would peek around the tree to see if the figures were still heading in their direction as they were able to hear the dry leaves crackling and small branches snapping which indicated the two unknowns were getting closer by the second. John guessed the figures may have been 30 yards away at this point. He turned and whispered to Jim telling him again to be very quiet as these unknowns were getting very close and were heading straight for the two men. Just as John finished speaking to his friend he peered around the tree once more and the two figures were standing right over top of them.
The approximately six foot tall figures came around the tree and shone their lights down on the two men. John thought, "who are these men, what are they doing on private property and what do they want?" He was frightened! John was blinded for a moment from the light. The next thing he knew, it was daytime. John said when he became aware of his surroundings he was approximately fifty feet away from where they were hiding. Both of their guns were gone. They were nowhere to be seen. Jim was approximately 50 yards away from John, across the creek in a brier patch, waving to him.
John had a sharp pain in his nasal passage and a bloody nose with blood trickling from his left nostril. He told me it felt as if it was a dream because the two men had just been walking through the area in the darkness only to witness a bright glowing object and the two figures, then all of a sudden it is daylight. He was really confused about what had taken place.
The fellows dazed, and confused, started looking around for their guns. John noticed an unusual pile of leaves and went to investigate. Under the leaves were the men's guns. He said they had been covered over by something, or someone. The fellows gathered up their gear and headed back home. When they got to the barn on John's property they removed the items they had taken out with them. Jim spoke up and said,"I don't know what happened to you and I, but I don't want to discuss this ever again." John told Jim, "don't worry about me talking about it as I would not even know what to tell someone." John said "I don't know what took place!"
John told me that he definitely had a missing time event; how much time the two men lost, no one could determine due to them still feeling confused and not looking at their watches. Like John said, he never had given much thought about UFOs, Aliens, Abductions or anything of that nature.
Below photos and video clip: On the back of John's neck there is a large red scar. He believed something was inserted into the back of his neck after his five hours of missing time. Both John and his wife couldn't figure out why the baby monitor would go crazy when it was passed over the scar on his neck. Also the batteries would go dead. Still, they can't find an answer to this. (Found on site)
Back home, John tried to explain to his fiancée what he and his friend Jim had experienced. Of course, John found it hard to tell his story as he was still at a loss as to what had happened to himself and his friend. After John told her what he was able to remember, she was just as confused.
Later that evening John went to bed and after falling asleep he began to have a series of nightmares about himself and Jim being back in the area where the encounter had taken place, plus what they went through. As the nights passed, John continued to have the same nightmare about their experience.
Because these nightmares kept playing out night after night John decided to seek out some help. As he told me, he did not know who to turn to. He did not want to speak to his family members about what happened as he thought they certainly would not believe him and most likely wouldn't understand what he was talking about. He waited, or put the whole issue off, for six years. Eventually as the years passed, it was time to seek out professional help from a qualified medical person.
*He needed some answers!*
John continued talking to his fiancée about what took place. Over the course of a year or more after the initial sighting, and encounter, more sightings took place.
At this point in the conversation with John, he was asked how his relationship with Jim was to date. John told me that the two of them had pretty much drifted apart. He also went on to say there were other friends who had been with him on other occasions and they also had witnessed some of the lights/objects John was seeing. These friends also started staying away from him. John's fiancée couldn't take it anymore and left due to the high strangeness which was continuing to play out around their home. The couple had a baby boy and John's fiancée felt is wasn't a good idea to bring the young child up in this type of environment. John told me it was devastating for him to lose the people who were the closest to him. The sad fact in this part of the story is that John's fiancée did not want to have any contact with him after she left. John was not to have any contact with "his" child. Legal proceedings were started by his fiancée to keep John away from his child, which I find extremely sad. She thought that John was going crazy.
John gave examples of the things he was observing around him. As he told me, he was seeing these lights/objects around his property on a continuing basis. He witnessed these unknowns pretty much over the same area on the acreage and he began to chase after the objects down the country roads. John felt as if these objects were leading him to certain spots on the property, maybe setting him up for something yet to come. Even throughout it all he still thought how beautiful the balls of lights were and how they moved so gracefully through the sky. He was chasing after them because he was hoping to find an answer to all of this phenomena. Sometimes there was just one light, sometimes there were two. John said as he chased these lights he would be brought to an old farm where the unknowns would sit stationary and eventually just disappear. It seems that John would be constantly chasing these lights night after night to only see them vanish before his eyes. (Note: the old farm mentioned above is actually owned by the goverment).
Of course at this point in John's life he was living on his own. He met a wonderful lady some months down the road after his break up with his fiancée. Early in their relationship John figured he would share some of the things he had witnessed with his new lady. John cared for his new found love. He wanted her to see these things so she didn't think he was making up these stories. It worked out well as she told John that she also had seen something in the past but wasn't sure what it was. So she had an interest in all of this.
The couple took a drive out on one of the country roads so John would be able to let her see for herself the sights he'd been observing for months. The two of them made their way down to the old farm and sat there. John started to point out what appeared to look like shooting stars, except these lights/objects would come all the way down through the sky and stop over top of the tree line and move diagonally either to the right or the left. The lady sat there with her mouth wide open as she watched. She didn't know what to say as she was in shock to actually see this unfolding in front of her. John at this point is feeling much better about the whole situation because he had been talking a little about this, and now the new love in his life didn't consider him to be crazy !!
They both watched the lights dance around the sky for approximately an hour. Suddenly the interior lights of their car started to flicker off and on. She mentioned to John that this had never happened to her car before. Finally they decided to head back home and talk about the event they had both witnessed. Discussing the nights events, she decided it would be good if they got a video camera so this could all be documented. She told John that no one would believe us, we need proof in the form of footage or still pictures. He certainly agreed that it was a good idea to get a camera, if for nothing else than to capture these objects and then show the footage to their other family members. It was very important for them to believe John.
Susan bought a video camera on December 23, and that night John ended up chasing a ball of light down the same country road to the farm where the lights have been so visible on a constant basis. He started filming two balls of light which were low over the trees. After approximately fifteen minutes of filming them, he thought he had enough footage to take back home to share with his family.
He arrived at his house. Shut the vehicle off and walked inside. Susan appeared to be upset about something. She turned to him and asked "where have you been for about five hours". John was shocked to hear this as he knew he had only been filming for a short period of time. The couple ended up in an argument over the length of time he'd been gone as Susan was only concerned for her husband's well-being. She finally told him to look at the clock. The time was 4:30 a.m.! John had left at 11:00 p.m. and thought he was only gone for approximately fifteen minutes. After he looked at the clock he realized why his wife was so upset with him. "I just don't understand where the time has gone" he said.
Eventually things calmed down and he asked his wife to look at the video tape of what he had captured. Both of them settled in to watch the video footage so he could prove to Susan that he was only gone for the 15 minutes and not out doing something else.
While viewing the tape he excused himself as he had to use the washroom. As he was about to enter the bathroom his wife, Susan, yelled out, "what is that?" John turned around to find out what she was referring to. What she observed on the film was a red "thing" which appeared on the upper portion of the TV screen. He walked back and sat down beside her and they rolled the tape back a little so they could replay it and watch for the red "thing" that she had noticed. John describes this thing as being wand or rod-like in shape. It went through his hand which was in view of the camera. Inside the red rod there appeared to be a white tube which extended down through and out the end of the red rod. Once the white tube reached the end of the red rod the entire apparatus moved rapidly back through John's hand. At that very moment John recalled some type of cloth rubbing together and his arm started to go numb. He immediately got up from the couch and started pacing the floor coming to the realization that something had happened to him when he was out taking footage of the lights at the old farm house earlier that evening.
John was finding it very hard to have a good night's sleep because of what had been going on. The couple just had a baby girl and John was certainly worried about the unknown lights around the home and wondering for the safety of his new born child and his wife. Plus the lights were starting to show up in the daylight hours which was really getting them all stressed out.
One example he gave was when his mother-in-law was in one of the rooms above the main floor of the home and saw a ball of fire drop out of the sky and shoot lightening bolts at the home. Another was of a shimmering blue/white light which constantly showed up in the families backyard. John, not knowing what might happen, would stay up all night until the sun rose the next morning. He finally went to see his family physician to ask for something that might help him get a good night's sleep.
The mother-in-law who saw the ball of fire shoot the lightening bolts towards the home was a skeptic. She did not believe in UFOs, or beings from elsewhere. Matter of fact, she had been holding a cup of coffee when the bolts hit the side of the house and becoming very frightened, she spilt the hot coffee all over her chest. The lady was so scared that she dropped to the ground and crawled underneath a table and stayed there until her daughter and son-in-law came home. She had no idea what happened and no rational explanation for it.
John and his wife were at another house on the property and had witnessed an extremely bright flash and first thought electrical lines might have fallen onto the residence as they could hear the sound of an electrical rush of current or discharge. As they entered the house the flash of light and the sound kept repeating itself over and over as the couple walked through each room looking for John's mother-in-law. Finally they found her hiding underneath the table. Later she told her them that the flash and sound seemed to be moving around the outside of the home following John and Susan in and out of each room. The couple could clearly see the flashing and hear the sound of high voltage going through the roof as they made their way through the different rooms.
As mentioned above John sought help so he might get a good nights sleep. With all the visitations happening on a daily basis, he wasn't sure if his family was going to be next, or taken, or harmed in some way. It became so bad that he had his family sleep/hide in the closet at night and he guarded the door. John was worn out. He had lost an excellent job working in construction, etc. He needed professional help at this time. He talked to a lady (she was a director of Mental Health at one of the local hospitals) in hopes he might get a little medication to help him sleep through the night, thinking this may work or at least help him to some degree. The lady suggested that John and her go talk to a doctor to see what could be done for him, in the way of some medication. The lady asked what was going on, and John thought that just maybe if he told her she might have a better understanding and know what exactly should be done for him. She walked with John over to the hospital, (there are two buildings on the property). At one of the buildings they evaluate potential patients and at the other building patient care is handled).
When the lady and John entered one of the buildings, they immediately got into the elevator and the lady mentioned to John we are just going up to see the doctor, plus you can tell him what has been taking place at your home. When John and the lady arrived at the fifth floor, the elevator doors opened. As he stepped out he noticed two men dressed in white hospital clothing approaching him. He was wondering what was going on as the two men were looking directly at him which made him feel very nervous. He then turned to ask the lady what was going on when he saw her back step into the elevator as he watched the elevator doors close. Feeling frightened at this point John looked over to where one would push buttons for the elevator which would take you to different floors in the hospital, but he noticed that the elevator was operated by keys only. In other words John was stuck, scared, with nowhere to go.
The two men took hold of John and said that they were going to take him to have his vitals checked, etc.. While this is being done John said to the men that he was just here to see the doctor. One of the men who greeted John told him that the doctor was not going to be back to the hospital until tomorrow morning and informed him that he would have to spend the night at the hospital.
Of course straight away John starts to question what is going on. From the sounds of it the lady may have called ahead to the hospital to have John committed for an evaluation, and the two men did confirm this to John. Being cooperative John asked could he please make a telephone call to his wife as she was going to be worried sick about him because she had no clue that he would be kept overnight. The hospital staff allowed John to call home and talk to his wife. When Susan found out where her husband was she was totally upset and surprised. He explained that there was no way the hospital staff was going to let him out. He was basically stuck there, at least until the next day. They had no idea what would come after his meeting with the doctor.
John settled in for the night waiting until morning when the doctor arrived to evaluate him. Susan also arrived at the hospital with some of the video footage that they had taken of the strange occurrences from around their home and explained to the lady who got John into this pickle that he wasn't delusional or crazy and everything he had told her was true. She pleaded with the lady to allow her to show the doctor what was on the videos.
The lady walked Susan over to the hospital and they waited in a room to see the doctor. John, the lady and Susan would be discussing the case. Before he was to meet with everyone he was given a shot which made him lightheaded. He guessed it was a sedative of some kind. When he was escorted into the meeting room there were three doctors waiting. A TV and VCR were hooked up so everyone would be able to view the tapes Susan had brought with her. One of the tapes was placed into the VCR and everyone watched for approximately 5 minutes. The video machine was then turned off and the doctors consulted and looked at John and said, Mr. Tosti, we are sorry but there is nothing we can do for you. So they signed his release papers and John and Susan left the hospital.

*Susan, John's wife recounted what took place after the trip to the mental hospital*
I am Johns wife, Susan. I'd like to talk a bit about what happened after his trip to the mental hospital. We found out what would happen if we sought help. John thought the best way to stop what was happening to us would be to throw all of the evidence away. Needless to say I didn't agree and we were having a rather heated argument. In the midst of our quarreling a blinding light shot through the window we were sitting next to. It was just like a bolt of lightning and it sounded like 40,000 volts of electricity on the ceiling. However, there was a blizzard occurring at the time so that definitely wasn't it.
We both jumped up and ran into the kitchen to get away from it. As soon as we got to the kitchen it happened again. But this time it came through the kitchen window we were closest to. So we ran to the very back room of our house where there was an outside door. We were going to exit the house. When we went to open the door it came in through the window in the door at us. Each time this happened the sound of electricity was deafening. We thought a power-line had dropped on our house so we called the power company to help us get out of our house. The snow wasn't that deep yet and they made it. To our surprise they said there wasn't a thing wrong.
However we did notice that the snow that had fallen so far had holes melted in it as if there had been sparks falling all around our house. That night we were terrorized and it continued every night for about five days. We would first lose our electricity. This always adds an extra element of terror. Then you realize you are not alone. Bright blue strobe lights or bright white lights from outside would light up our house and sometimes we would see others in the house with us. One time they were in my bedroom with me and one grabbed my leg and tried to pull me off the bed. I didn't appreciate it too much. My husband also saw a few others but he can tell you about them. I was very scared and I didn't know how we were going to go on. After the blizzard was over and the state of emergency in our county was lifted things got better. But they were still there above our house every night for the longest time and I never knew when they were going to start terrorizing us again. It was not a good time and I feel for anyone that has experienced this.
John has pulled together some eight to ten hours of footage of these strange lights, etc. Also there is the medical form on which it states that John was in the hospital at the time he mentioned. Also since all the strangeness has been taking place there, John's family have observed many helicopters flying close and over the top of his home when they never showed up before. He has footage and stills of the fly by. Because things were so frightening and not sure what the government might or might not do, John and his family talked to reporters who came to visit their home and related their story to them. The idea was if the information gets into the public eye then government officials would leave them alone if this should ever be a problem. John has filmed military jets flying low over the roads. After he played back the video tape of the aircraft he could clearly see a wobbling object of some kind which was flying directly below one of the jet aircraft. Later that day he went over to a friend's home and saw something with a shape flying over top of his friends house above the tree line. He told me the camera was set at a high shutter speed. Also military helicopters were buzzing the families home on many occasions.
One of John's most memorable videos captured an object that was a moon sized craft that was vertical in the sky and approximately 200 to 300 feet off the ground. John could easily see a number of separate lights on the bottom of the craft. As the object started to lean towards John's direction or location he was able to see a dome towards the back part of the craft as the rim of the object became more visible. The dome portion of it was a blue/white color. As the object started to pitch down in front of John he turned on the vehicle's headlights to brighten up the area. What he wanted to accomplish was to provide some trees, the long grass etc.. which would show up on the video and give some perspective to show just how low the object was, and to give a good idea of what it looked like and how it maneuvered. As soon as the lights from John's vehicle were turned on, the craft flattened out and dropped down towards the ground with the dome and other features clearly visible. All of a sudden the bottom of the craft starts flashing until eventually the whole craft starts to flash. As he watches, the object starts to move to his left, which would have been towards the south. Still visible by sight and camera, the object came to a complete stop and hovers. From there it starts to change it's form/shape and moves back to John's right and behind a tree. From there it releases two smaller objects which are red and the other green. These two colored objects were round in shape.
As John watched the large object move again to his left/south he lost sight of the two smaller ones. Keep in mind that he had still been filming and caught the object changing it's form. As it reached a point to his left the large craft started to flash. As John zooms in on the large object the two smaller objects reappeared. One of the smaller objects went to the top of the craft while the other object positioned itself at the bottom. He could clearly see there were three separate objects and that none of them were attached to one another. This piece of footage was shot on January 19, 1996. John estimates the craft to be approximately 500 yards away from his location. He also estimates (roughly) the object may have been some 35 feet in diameter.
After all this being caught on film it was a relief for John to be able to show his whole family that he was not crazy and was certainly seeing all that he was talking about.
The unusual events that have taken place at the Tosti home are still continuing to this day but it comes in patterns over a period of time, then the sightings subside to some degree. When the lights or sightings flare up John notices there are regular military over flights of the area.

I thought we would send some more evidence pertaining to our sightings and visitations. The article attached is from our local newspaper in Bloomington called "The Herald Times". This occurred when we were having many encounters. We obviously weren't the only ones that saw strange occurrences. There is a man who claims he witnessed a plane crash in the woods. This man first saw landing lights of an airplane. Shortly thereafter he saw a fireball and heard an explosion. Two other people also heard the explosion. This site is only 3-4 miles from our house with nothing in between but a lake and woodland. Department of Natural Resources Officer Steve McClain concluded that someone could have exploded a home-made bomb or gasoline but yet "nothing out of the ordinary was found". There wasn't any scorched earth or trees nor was there a strong odor of gas. Seems to me that would have been very noticeable. Even if what Officer McClain concluded was true( which I strongly doubt), it doesn't explain the landing lights the man saw in the air and the fireball with a huge explosion. Corp. Rick Wright said "The man saw something. We just don't know what he saw."

I don't know if John told you about the last couple days, two nights ago John noticed lights up in the sky, the dogs were going nuts over here.
John and I live about 1 1/2 miles apart now, so when he or I see something outside we can both usually see it from our places unless their low to the ground.
But yesterday, there was 3 F-16's flying over town, 1 up front and 2 behind, way below the required 10,000 feet level. They were about 1500 feet off the ground, as I headed back home I lost sight of them. When I got there, my neighbor said he heard them, then saw them flying around in circles like they were "looking or chasing" something, then about 10 minutes later Alice heard a helicopter. I looked outside and saw it was a Black Hawk with a gun port on the side. I called (name removed) out to see it as well.
That is when I went to John's to work on sending you the photos, and on the drive to Johns, 5 military vehicles came rushing down the road in the opposite direction... 1 Humvee with a red light on the dash, 3 troop carriers with the tarps pulled over them, and another Humvee following. Johns wife saw a helicopter hover over their house as well.
Interesting things going on around here as of late.

As Ufologists we hear many stories of unusual encounters and sightings of exotic crafts flying through our day and night skies. Every once in a while we come across a case that truly defies explanation. This is one of those cases I am writing about now. I was contacted recently and was sent a couple of photos of something unusual. At least for now it remains unexplained. At first the conversation started over the object itself but what I didn't realize was, that there was a lot more to come.
This story comes from a man by the name of John Tosti who resides in the southern part of Bloomington, Indiana on acreage in a rural setting and who has lived in the area for many years. Back in his younger days he was an avid hunter and enjoyed being in the outdoors. John would leave his home roughly around 4:00 to 5:00 a.m., before the sun had risen so he could get to the back of his property in hopes of spotting game. One day as he made ready to head out, John walked onto his front porch and quickly noticed three bright spherical shaped lights which appeared to be floating above the top of the trees.
One of the lights travelled to the west. This first light wasn't moving erratically and was flying along rather slowly. The color of the light was blue. The light at arms length was approximately the size of a quarter and the other two lights the size of a dime. These two were green and red and were moving erratically around the blue light in a figure eight pattern. They were slightly smaller than the blue lights. The objects were low enough in altitude that they cast their light onto the trees. An estimate of the distance away from the witness would have placed the lights at around 100 yards away from him. John said he watched them move along slowly for approximately three to four minutes before they disappeared. He stood watching and was totally baffled at the strange sight. John explained he had never observed anything like this before. He said that he has seen all types of different aircraft and helicopters and knows what they sound and look like. These lights made no sound whatsoever.
He eventually made his way back home. He woke up his fiancée to tell her what he had just witnessed. Still half asleep John's fiancée listened with a puzzled look on her face as she didn't understand what he'd seen. He went into more detail about the sighting and took her outside in the cool early morning. He pointed in the direction where he saw the lights. They both stood outside discussing it for a few minutes and eventually she went back inside and back to bed. John sat down on the couch to reflect on what he just had witnessed.
Later that day John talked with a couple of co-workers at the construction site about different things. He made arrangements with his close friend Jim to go out hunting the next day.
John woke up early the next morning ready for the days hunt. His friend Jim pulled up at approximately 4:00 - 4:30 a.m. Both men sat outside pulling on their gear and getting things prepared for the hike to the back of the property. Once again John looked skywards and was surprised to see the same lights were back in the same area performing the same maneuvers. Jim sat there observing, not saying much at all, then finally he turned to John and asked, "what the heck is that ?"
John told his friend that he had no idea what these objects were. He explained he had witnessed the very same thing a day earlier. They both sat watching and looking at each other from time to time and finally shrugged their shoulders and carried on with what they had planned for the morning. Both turned on their flashlights and headed off towards the back end of the property.
Both men were approximately mid-way through the property when they came to a small creek which runs along the side of a hill. John was the first to notice an orange/red glowing ball in the distance in a forested area in the gully. Knowing there was nothing back there to cause this light source he thought it might have been the setting moon, as this was the first thought that came to his mind. The men continued walking, went up the hill and towards the bright colored ball of light which now they saw was sitting in the gully. From their position on the hill all of a sudden they saw the ball of light blink out. Now the two hunters stood baffled, amazed, and nervous at what they both had just seen.
As they looked toward the area where they saw the ball of light there appeared two single lights. John's first thoughts were that a couple of hunters were wearing a strap-on light band around their heads, or miners with the light on their hard hats. But two figures were down in the gully where the orange light was. They were coming in the direction of John and Jim. Thinking they may be hunters and not wanting to be mistaken for a wild animal and being shot at, John told his friend Jim to get behind one of the larger trees which was close to them. Both men laid down on the ground staying silent and keeping out of sight from the figures that were approaching their location. John would peek around the tree to see if the figures were still heading in their direction as they were able to hear the dry leaves crackling and small branches snapping which indicated the two unknowns were getting closer by the second. John guessed the figures may have been 30 yards away at this point. He turned and whispered to Jim telling him again to be very quiet as these unknowns were getting very close and were heading straight for the two men. Just as John finished speaking to his friend he peered around the tree once more and the two figures were standing right over top of them.
The approximately six foot tall figures came around the tree and shone their lights down on the two men. John thought, "who are these men, what are they doing on private property and what do they want?" He was frightened! John was blinded for a moment from the light. The next thing he knew, it was daytime. John said when he became aware of his surroundings he was approximately fifty feet away from where they were hiding. Both of their guns were gone. They were nowhere to be seen. Jim was approximately 50 yards away from John, across the creek in a brier patch, waving to him.
John had a sharp pain in his nasal passage and a bloody nose with blood trickling from his left nostril. He told me it felt as if it was a dream because the two men had just been walking through the area in the darkness only to witness a bright glowing object and the two figures, then all of a sudden it is daylight. He was really confused about what had taken place.
The fellows dazed, and confused, started looking around for their guns. John noticed an unusual pile of leaves and went to investigate. Under the leaves were the men's guns. He said they had been covered over by something, or someone. The fellows gathered up their gear and headed back home. When they got to the barn on John's property they removed the items they had taken out with them. Jim spoke up and said,"I don't know what happened to you and I, but I don't want to discuss this ever again." John told Jim, "don't worry about me talking about it as I would not even know what to tell someone." John said "I don't know what took place!"
John told me that he definitely had a missing time event; how much time the two men lost, no one could determine due to them still feeling confused and not looking at their watches. Like John said, he never had given much thought about UFOs, Aliens, Abductions or anything of that nature.
Below photos and video clip: On the back of John's neck there is a large red scar. He believed something was inserted into the back of his neck after his five hours of missing time. Both John and his wife couldn't figure out why the baby monitor would go crazy when it was passed over the scar on his neck. Also the batteries would go dead. Still, they can't find an answer to this. (Found on site)
Back home, John tried to explain to his fiancée what he and his friend Jim had experienced. Of course, John found it hard to tell his story as he was still at a loss as to what had happened to himself and his friend. After John told her what he was able to remember, she was just as confused.
Later that evening John went to bed and after falling asleep he began to have a series of nightmares about himself and Jim being back in the area where the encounter had taken place, plus what they went through. As the nights passed, John continued to have the same nightmare about their experience.
Because these nightmares kept playing out night after night John decided to seek out some help. As he told me, he did not know who to turn to. He did not want to speak to his family members about what happened as he thought they certainly would not believe him and most likely wouldn't understand what he was talking about. He waited, or put the whole issue off, for six years. Eventually as the years passed, it was time to seek out professional help from a qualified medical person.
*He needed some answers!*
John continued talking to his fiancée about what took place. Over the course of a year or more after the initial sighting, and encounter, more sightings took place.
At this point in the conversation with John, he was asked how his relationship with Jim was to date. John told me that the two of them had pretty much drifted apart. He also went on to say there were other friends who had been with him on other occasions and they also had witnessed some of the lights/objects John was seeing. These friends also started staying away from him. John's fiancée couldn't take it anymore and left due to the high strangeness which was continuing to play out around their home. The couple had a baby boy and John's fiancée felt is wasn't a good idea to bring the young child up in this type of environment. John told me it was devastating for him to lose the people who were the closest to him. The sad fact in this part of the story is that John's fiancée did not want to have any contact with him after she left. John was not to have any contact with "his" child. Legal proceedings were started by his fiancée to keep John away from his child, which I find extremely sad. She thought that John was going crazy.
John gave examples of the things he was observing around him. As he told me, he was seeing these lights/objects around his property on a continuing basis. He witnessed these unknowns pretty much over the same area on the acreage and he began to chase after the objects down the country roads. John felt as if these objects were leading him to certain spots on the property, maybe setting him up for something yet to come. Even throughout it all he still thought how beautiful the balls of lights were and how they moved so gracefully through the sky. He was chasing after them because he was hoping to find an answer to all of this phenomena. Sometimes there was just one light, sometimes there were two. John said as he chased these lights he would be brought to an old farm where the unknowns would sit stationary and eventually just disappear. It seems that John would be constantly chasing these lights night after night to only see them vanish before his eyes. (Note: the old farm mentioned above is actually owned by the goverment).
Of course at this point in John's life he was living on his own. He met a wonderful lady some months down the road after his break up with his fiancée. Early in their relationship John figured he would share some of the things he had witnessed with his new lady. John cared for his new found love. He wanted her to see these things so she didn't think he was making up these stories. It worked out well as she told John that she also had seen something in the past but wasn't sure what it was. So she had an interest in all of this.
The couple took a drive out on one of the country roads so John would be able to let her see for herself the sights he'd been observing for months. The two of them made their way down to the old farm and sat there. John started to point out what appeared to look like shooting stars, except these lights/objects would come all the way down through the sky and stop over top of the tree line and move diagonally either to the right or the left. The lady sat there with her mouth wide open as she watched. She didn't know what to say as she was in shock to actually see this unfolding in front of her. John at this point is feeling much better about the whole situation because he had been talking a little about this, and now the new love in his life didn't consider him to be crazy !!
They both watched the lights dance around the sky for approximately an hour. Suddenly the interior lights of their car started to flicker off and on. She mentioned to John that this had never happened to her car before. Finally they decided to head back home and talk about the event they had both witnessed. Discussing the nights events, she decided it would be good if they got a video camera so this could all be documented. She told John that no one would believe us, we need proof in the form of footage or still pictures. He certainly agreed that it was a good idea to get a camera, if for nothing else than to capture these objects and then show the footage to their other family members. It was very important for them to believe John.
Susan bought a video camera on December 23, and that night John ended up chasing a ball of light down the same country road to the farm where the lights have been so visible on a constant basis. He started filming two balls of light which were low over the trees. After approximately fifteen minutes of filming them, he thought he had enough footage to take back home to share with his family.
He arrived at his house. Shut the vehicle off and walked inside. Susan appeared to be upset about something. She turned to him and asked "where have you been for about five hours". John was shocked to hear this as he knew he had only been filming for a short period of time. The couple ended up in an argument over the length of time he'd been gone as Susan was only concerned for her husband's well-being. She finally told him to look at the clock. The time was 4:30 a.m.! John had left at 11:00 p.m. and thought he was only gone for approximately fifteen minutes. After he looked at the clock he realized why his wife was so upset with him. "I just don't understand where the time has gone" he said.
Eventually things calmed down and he asked his wife to look at the video tape of what he had captured. Both of them settled in to watch the video footage so he could prove to Susan that he was only gone for the 15 minutes and not out doing something else.
While viewing the tape he excused himself as he had to use the washroom. As he was about to enter the bathroom his wife, Susan, yelled out, "what is that?" John turned around to find out what she was referring to. What she observed on the film was a red "thing" which appeared on the upper portion of the TV screen. He walked back and sat down beside her and they rolled the tape back a little so they could replay it and watch for the red "thing" that she had noticed. John describes this thing as being wand or rod-like in shape. It went through his hand which was in view of the camera. Inside the red rod there appeared to be a white tube which extended down through and out the end of the red rod. Once the white tube reached the end of the red rod the entire apparatus moved rapidly back through John's hand. At that very moment John recalled some type of cloth rubbing together and his arm started to go numb. He immediately got up from the couch and started pacing the floor coming to the realization that something had happened to him when he was out taking footage of the lights at the old farm house earlier that evening.
John was finding it very hard to have a good night's sleep because of what had been going on. The couple just had a baby girl and John was certainly worried about the unknown lights around the home and wondering for the safety of his new born child and his wife. Plus the lights were starting to show up in the daylight hours which was really getting them all stressed out.
One example he gave was when his mother-in-law was in one of the rooms above the main floor of the home and saw a ball of fire drop out of the sky and shoot lightening bolts at the home. Another was of a shimmering blue/white light which constantly showed up in the families backyard. John, not knowing what might happen, would stay up all night until the sun rose the next morning. He finally went to see his family physician to ask for something that might help him get a good night's sleep.
The mother-in-law who saw the ball of fire shoot the lightening bolts towards the home was a skeptic. She did not believe in UFOs, or beings from elsewhere. Matter of fact, she had been holding a cup of coffee when the bolts hit the side of the house and becoming very frightened, she spilt the hot coffee all over her chest. The lady was so scared that she dropped to the ground and crawled underneath a table and stayed there until her daughter and son-in-law came home. She had no idea what happened and no rational explanation for it.
John and his wife were at another house on the property and had witnessed an extremely bright flash and first thought electrical lines might have fallen onto the residence as they could hear the sound of an electrical rush of current or discharge. As they entered the house the flash of light and the sound kept repeating itself over and over as the couple walked through each room looking for John's mother-in-law. Finally they found her hiding underneath the table. Later she told her them that the flash and sound seemed to be moving around the outside of the home following John and Susan in and out of each room. The couple could clearly see the flashing and hear the sound of high voltage going through the roof as they made their way through the different rooms.
As mentioned above John sought help so he might get a good nights sleep. With all the visitations happening on a daily basis, he wasn't sure if his family was going to be next, or taken, or harmed in some way. It became so bad that he had his family sleep/hide in the closet at night and he guarded the door. John was worn out. He had lost an excellent job working in construction, etc. He needed professional help at this time. He talked to a lady (she was a director of Mental Health at one of the local hospitals) in hopes he might get a little medication to help him sleep through the night, thinking this may work or at least help him to some degree. The lady suggested that John and her go talk to a doctor to see what could be done for him, in the way of some medication. The lady asked what was going on, and John thought that just maybe if he told her she might have a better understanding and know what exactly should be done for him. She walked with John over to the hospital, (there are two buildings on the property). At one of the buildings they evaluate potential patients and at the other building patient care is handled).
When the lady and John entered one of the buildings, they immediately got into the elevator and the lady mentioned to John we are just going up to see the doctor, plus you can tell him what has been taking place at your home. When John and the lady arrived at the fifth floor, the elevator doors opened. As he stepped out he noticed two men dressed in white hospital clothing approaching him. He was wondering what was going on as the two men were looking directly at him which made him feel very nervous. He then turned to ask the lady what was going on when he saw her back step into the elevator as he watched the elevator doors close. Feeling frightened at this point John looked over to where one would push buttons for the elevator which would take you to different floors in the hospital, but he noticed that the elevator was operated by keys only. In other words John was stuck, scared, with nowhere to go.
The two men took hold of John and said that they were going to take him to have his vitals checked, etc.. While this is being done John said to the men that he was just here to see the doctor. One of the men who greeted John told him that the doctor was not going to be back to the hospital until tomorrow morning and informed him that he would have to spend the night at the hospital.
Of course straight away John starts to question what is going on. From the sounds of it the lady may have called ahead to the hospital to have John committed for an evaluation, and the two men did confirm this to John. Being cooperative John asked could he please make a telephone call to his wife as she was going to be worried sick about him because she had no clue that he would be kept overnight. The hospital staff allowed John to call home and talk to his wife. When Susan found out where her husband was she was totally upset and surprised. He explained that there was no way the hospital staff was going to let him out. He was basically stuck there, at least until the next day. They had no idea what would come after his meeting with the doctor.
John settled in for the night waiting until morning when the doctor arrived to evaluate him. Susan also arrived at the hospital with some of the video footage that they had taken of the strange occurrences from around their home and explained to the lady who got John into this pickle that he wasn't delusional or crazy and everything he had told her was true. She pleaded with the lady to allow her to show the doctor what was on the videos.
The lady walked Susan over to the hospital and they waited in a room to see the doctor. John, the lady and Susan would be discussing the case. Before he was to meet with everyone he was given a shot which made him lightheaded. He guessed it was a sedative of some kind. When he was escorted into the meeting room there were three doctors waiting. A TV and VCR were hooked up so everyone would be able to view the tapes Susan had brought with her. One of the tapes was placed into the VCR and everyone watched for approximately 5 minutes. Each time this happened the sound of electricity was deafening. We thought a power-line had dropped on our house so we called the power company to help us get out of our house. The snow wasn't that deep yet and they made it. To our surprise they said there wasn't a thing wrong.
However we did notice that the snow that had fallen so far had holes melted in it as if there had been sparks falling all around our house. That night we were terrorized and it continued every night for about five days. We would first lose our electricity. This always adds an extra element of terror. Then you realize you are not alone. Bright blue strobe lights or bright white lights from outside would light up our house and sometimes we would see others in the house with us. One time they were in my bedroom with me and one grabbed my leg and tried to pull me off the bed. I didn't appreciate it too much. My husband also saw a few others but he can tell you about them. I was very scared and I didn't know how we were going to go on. After the blizzard was over and the state of emergency in our county was lifted things got better. But they were still there above our house every night for the longest time and I never knew when they were going to start terrorizing us again. It was not a good time and I feel for anyone that has experienced this.
John has pulled together some eight to ten hours of footage of these strange lights, etc. Also there is the medical form on which it states that John was in the hospital at the time he mentioned. Also since all the strangeness has been taking place there, John's family have observed many helicopters flying close and over the top of his home when they never showed up before. He has footage and stills of the fly by. Because things were so frightening and not sure what the government might or might not do, John and his family talked to reporters who came to visit their home and related their story to them. The idea was if the information gets into the public eye then government officials would leave them alone if this should ever be a problem. John has filmed military jets flying low over the roads. After he played back the video tape of the aircraft he could clearly see a wobbling object of some kind which was flying directly below one of the jet aircraft. Later that day he went over to a friend's home and saw something with a shape flying over top of his friends house above the tree line. He told me the camera was set at a high shutter speed. Also military helicopters were buzzing the families home on many occasions.
One of John's most memorable videos captured an object that was a moon sized craft that was vertical in the sky and approximately 200 to 300 feet off the ground. John could easily see a number of separate lights on the bottom of the craft. As the object started to lean towards John's direction or location he was able to see a dome towards the back part of the craft as the rim of the object became more visible. The dome portion of it was a blue/white color. As the object started to pitch down in front of John he turned on the vehicle's headlights to brighten up the area. What he wanted to accomplish was to provide some trees, the long grass etc.. which would show up on the video and give some perspective to show just how low the object was, and to give a good idea of what it looked like and how it maneuvered. As soon as the lights from John's vehicle were turned on, the craft flattened out and dropped down towards the ground with the dome and other features clearly visible. All of a sudden the bottom of the craft starts flashing until eventually the whole craft starts to flash. As he watches, the object starts to move to his left, which would have been towards the south. Still visible by sight and camera, the object came to a complete stop and hovers. From there it starts to change it's form/shape and moves back to John's right and behind a tree. From there it releases two smaller objects which are red and the other green. These two colored objects were round in shape.
As John watched the large object move again to his left/south he lost sight of the two smaller ones. Keep in mind that he had still been filming and caught the object changing it's form. As it reached a point to his left the large craft started to flash. As John zooms in on the large object the two smaller objects reappeared. One of the smaller objects went to the top of the craft while the other object positioned itself at the bottom. He could clearly see there were three separate objects and that none of them were attached to one another. This piece of footage was shot on January 19, 1996. John estimates the craft to be approximately 500 yards away from his location. He also estimates (roughly) the object may have been some 35 feet in diameter.
After all this being caught on film it was a relief for John to be able to show his whole family that he was not crazy and was certainly seeing all that he was talking about.
The unusual events that have taken place at the Tosti home are still continuing to this day but it comes in patterns over a period of time, then the sightings subside to some degree. When the lights or sightings flare up John notices there are regular military over flights of the area.

I thought we would send some more evidence pertaining to our sightings and visitations. The article attached is from our local newspaper in Bloomington called "The Herald Times". This occurred when we were having many encounters. We obviously weren't the only ones that saw strange occurrences. There is a man who claims he witnessed a plane crash in the woods. This man first saw landing lights of an airplane. Shortly thereafter he saw a fireball and heard an explosion. Two other people also heard the explosion. This site is only 3-4 miles from our house with nothing in between but a lake and woodland. Department of Natural Resources Officer Steve McClain concluded that someone could have exploded a home-made bomb or gasoline but yet "nothing out of the ordinary was found". There wasn't any scorched earth or trees nor was there a strong odor of gas. Seems to me that would have been very noticeable. Even if what Officer McClain concluded was true( which I strongly doubt), it doesn't explain the landing lights the man saw in the air and the fireball with a huge explosion. Corp. Rick Wright said "The man saw something. We just don't know what he saw."

I don't know if John told you about the last couple days, two nights ago John noticed lights up in the sky, the dogs were going nuts over here.
John and I live about 1 1/2 miles apart now, so when he or I see something outside we can both usually see it from our places unless their low to the ground.
But yesterday, there was 3 F-16's flying over town, 1 up front and 2 behind, way below the required 10,000 feet level. They were about 1500 feet off the ground, as I headed back home I lost sight of them. When I got there, my neighbor said he heard them, then saw them flying around in circles like they were "looking or chasing" something, then about 10 minutes later Alice heard a helicopter. I looked outside and saw it was a Black Hawk with a gun port on the side. I called (name removed) out to see it as well.
That is when I went to John's to work on sending you the photos, and on the drive to Johns, 5 military vehicles came rushing down the road in the opposite direction... 1 Humvee with a red light on the dash, 3 troop carriers with the tarps pulled over them, and another Humvee following. Johns wife saw a helicopter hover over their house as well.

MORE INTERESTING CASES
Location. Curico, Chile
Date: February 16 2007 Time: night
Samuel Saavedra told reporters that he heard a loud noise, "as if something had jumped off the large wall surrounding the house." Saavedra said he saw a creature that was approximately 1.20meters in height, furry, and with a round bald head. The creature had large eyes and an intense stare and gave Saavedra a "defiant glare". Saavedra said he called the police and then went to spend the night at his mother's house, being so scared that he refused to return home for 48 hours. That same night something attacked a henhouse in San Antonio leaving every chicken dead, without blood and with a mysterious orifice on their spines. One of owner's daughters who did not want to identify herself said that she heard dogs barking wildly that night, but did not see anything abnormal after rising several times throughout the night. Flor Vazquez, 73, the owner, told police that she found strange footprints on her patio with only three toes, two facing forward and one backward.

Doris Rodriguez (involved in previous encounters with strange entities) was shopping with her husband at the local Plaza del Caribe mall. Once inside the mall Doris noticed a strange figure walk in front of them. Doris noticed that the figure had an extremely white almost translucent skin and they both stared at each other briefly. At this same moment Doris began to shake and experience a bout of tachycardia, feeling very uncomfortable. She was not able to make out the color of the stranger's eyes. Doris was convinced that she had seen the stranger before. She continued on with her husband until they arrived at an ATM machine close to the store, when Doris felt that someone was staring fixedly at her, but did not want to turn around. She finally moved to one side and saw the same figure that she had seen previously staring at her, when the man noticed her, he looked down, but strangely Doris continued to feel the "staring", this happened several times. Doris now noticed that the stranger wore common clothing, a black cap, and a black polo shirt and was now wearing dark sunglasses. When Doris turned around again to tell her husband for some strange reason she was not able to speak. When Doris now looked back at the figure she noticed that it was now accompanied by two more almost identical figures with the same bizarre skin tone, white and translucent. The new figures also wore normal clothing and dark sunglasses. The figures then walked away and were joined by Doris thought was a store security guard. At this point she felt upset and had a terrific headache. Doris then walked with her husband in front of the 1-2-3 store where she was to meet her sister, but for a while she stood in front of the store unable to move. While standing there Doris saw another strange pair, a man and a woman that appeared to be talking about location of several stores, however the woman spoke with an accent and had difficult speaking and her skin was gray in color, not brown or light, but totally gray. She seemed to have difficult in moving her right arm, and had dark brown shoulder length curly hair. Doris did not see her face. The strange pair eventually left.

The witness had just gotten off work early and was traveling down 200 N. One of his co-workers was traveling in front of him, a good 300ft or so, when he noticed that he had swerved rather fast, so the witness expected a deer to come running out, but that was not the case. What he saw was a black furred animal on two legs walking all hunched over.he quickly tried avoiding it, but he believes he clipped it with his back end. He stopped not sure what had just happened and started looking in his driver's side mirror. He didn't see anything for a few seconds, but then something stood up right behind his Explorer. Terrified the witness drove off and met his friend who had turned around. The witness rolled down his window and could see the fear on his friend's eyes, who confirmed that he had seen the same creature. His friend went back to see it and heard it howling. The witness looked through the windshield and saw the creature trying to stand up on 2 legs again, but kept falling over; it eventually got on all 4's and ran off into the woods. The two men then got out of their vehicles to look around but did not see anything however they noticed a large fat mouse/gerbil looking rodent on the side of the road which was not afraid of them at all. They picked it up and put it off in the grass.

Two witnesses returning home by car on the A4 road reported seeing two strange looking creatures moving about on the side of the road. The witnesses stopped their vehicle to watch and remembered seeing two other cars, also stopped. The humanoids were unusually thin and small and had huge slanted luminous blue eyes. They moved around in an unusual and stealthy manner like "Ninja warriors" according to two of the witnesses. The figures apparently disappeared into the brush and the two witnesses departed. They did not see the other two vehicles leave.

The witnesses were staying at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in downtown Atlanta on the 17th floor when they looked out one of the windows and spotted appeared to be a cloaked person soaring off the top of a building below them. A third witness came to the window and attempted to take a photo but it did not come out because of the glare. The figure "was moving like an acrobat in midair---it look like it had arms and legs and was holding onto a jetpack, though there was no loud noise and no fumigation." It eventually disappeared from sight.

An anonymous lady was woken up by the ferocious barking of her dog. She got up to investigate what the problem was and stepped out into a clear star-filled night and a shiny moon. Suddenly she spotted a light larger than the moon that remained hovering over a certain spot. Suddenly her dog began barking in the direction of the nearby coffee plants and when the witness turned to look she spotted a short humanoid figure about 1-1/2 meters in height running towards the hovering light at high speed, the only details she could see on the figure is that it appeared to have large eyes and no hair. The short figure disappeared into the hovering circular light, immediately after that the light shot away at incredible speed leaving behind a luminous trail. At no time did the witness hear any sound coming from the object.

WEST VIRGINIA ENCOUNTER

"We saw the UFO drop fragments of itself and then disappear. Now we can't locate the pieces. We're not imagining this encounter -- you can believe that."
The mountains of southern West Virgina split the heart of the Bible Belt. People who live along the winding narrow roads in Raleigh Country are mountain folk -- God fearing and trustworthy.
Terry Daniel and Thomas Maynor are no exception.
Daniel, 39, has worked as a bulldozer operator for the Consolidation Coal Company for nine years. Maynor, 40, has run a roller at the Rowland Mine site at Collins Fork nearly as long. Their jobs are not glamourous. They move and press the piles of excess slag from strip mines into a structure that will later be used as a dam.
Others who have known these men all their lives say both are truthful and sane. They go to Church and are what is known as "saved" Christians. These men work hard and care for their families.
On the afternoon of August 17, 1978, this comfortable, traditional existence was shattered, forcing the two men to come to terms with the bizarre.
"I don't know exactly what it was but I can tell you what I saw," said a determined Maynor. "I was in the roller on the refuse dump and as I was going back up facing the mountain I saw something that I first thought was a jet airplane."
Then it happened. the object came down the mountain and as it neared it appeared to be a parachute. "I thought somebody flying may have had engine trouble and bailed out. It was about halfway down the mountain appearing just slightly above the treetops. I tried to get the dozer operator's (Terry Daniel's) attention. I was going to tell him somebody was hung up there in the trees in a parachute. But before I could get him to look it had already gone back up past the trees and I was afraid to tell him what I saw."
He said wind currents didn't seem to affect the object at all.
"He drew my attention to it," said Daniel. "I've never seen anything like it before in my life. It was a big white object... pearly white in the shape of a parachute. It was definitely something substantial but I don't know what it was."
Maynor said the object then descended again and returned to the location where he first spotted it. He said it moved over to the left at the base of the mountain, then back to the right and upward again.
"Then after it got to a certain height, I guess about 2,000 feet, it started moving out over Workmen's Creek. It was moving in a northeasterly direction. As it started moving slowly upward six pieces separated from it and it looked like one of them went back to the main object and the other five fell to the ground."
When the separations occurred, Maynor said the object assumed more of a triangular shape. "Then it started moving real fast straight up and we could see that it was black on the bottom. Then it just vanished out over the mountains."
The men said they were about a quarter mile away from the object and said from that vantage point it appeared to be about four feet in diameter. "Of course if we had been closer we might have seen it better," Daniel said. "We were pretty close though, and it was right up there in the sky.
"I've worked up here for nine years and I've never seen anything like it before, but it sure was there today."
Maynor said the pieces that fell to the ground looked oblong in shape. "They kind of floated to the ground very slowly. We know about where they hit and if someone wanted to go up there and look for them I'm sure they could find some of it." he said.
Someone looked.
A team of five newspaper employees set out the following day to search for pieces of the UFO. Maynor had said he had looked "for about 10 minutes" after work that day but said a complete search was next to impossible.
He was right.
We could see the slag dump was at the base of five or six mountains which had been strip mined for some time.
Several layers of 60 foot high walls contoured with the terrain and looked almost like a maze.
Strip mined mountain sides are not a hospitable environment for human beings. We descended into a 1930s science fiction movie landscape with fantastic neck-high shrubs and thickly planted locust trees, limbs covered with three spikes.
The slate covered hillside was infested with rattle snakes -- a virtual jungle
We spread out
It was tough going. Moving through the brush at a snail's pace, we kept in contact by yelling to each other. Scrambling to keep our balance, we scanned the area looking for any of the five pieces of a now vanished craft. Hoping for success and trying to ignore the threat of snakes beneath our boots, we pushed on.
When we had walked nearly half a mile around the rim of the hollow the two witnesses had designated, we looked far below to see a gnat-sized Maynor standing atop the roller pointing directions to a now disheartened crew. Looking down from the ridge made us realize the deceivingly vast distance involved... whatever the two men saw, it had to have been of considerable size for them to have noticed it from the fill sight they worked at.
We were too far around the mountain at this point, but had started up at about the right place. We looked down the hollow where, with out binoculars, we could see Maynor's gestures. There was no way we could go up there. While we had searched the rim, we realized the men had meant the slope which was a vertical dropoff of several hundred feet, uninviting to untrained explorers like ourselves.
And so the search was futile. We were forced to see that a thorough search would take more manpower and time than we few could give. We left that day covered with sweat and scratches, blood drawn by locust limbs and razor sharp shale.
"I'm going to wait until some of the brush dies down this fall and some of those leaves fall off so I can see what I'm doing," Maynor said later.
Daniel told us that when they told their superintendent what they had seen he told them they'd been out in the sun too long. "It wasn't anything like that," Daniel said. "It was up there in the sky and we saw it and we just wish some of the other men could have seen it too."
The men said they watched the object for an estimated eight to 10 minutes. "It could hover like a helicopter, it had very good control of its maneuvers," Maynor claimed.
Several months have passed since that clear day up the hollow near Workman's Creek when the two men saw something neither can explain. But for Terry Daniel and Thomas Maynor their quest for an answer is not yet complete.
Today they still can't believe what they saw and have taken no small amount of teasing because they told their story. "Some of the men I work with still call me 'Space Man,'" said Daniel, who still remains somewhat spellbound. "If we'd just caught a glimpse of it, it would be a lot different. But we stood there and watched it. There's no way anybody can deny it when we watched it for ten minutes. The UFO looked to be solidly constructed. It could move around in any direction and whoever was driving it had good control. If it was something from another planet I guess they saw what they came to see."
Daniel seems almost obsessed with the object. "It makes you study, that's for sure. It gives you a feeling of not being sure of what's in the future. I lay down at night and try to go to sleep and when I close my eyes I can see that thing hovering up there. I watched those television programs about outer space UFOs, but there has never been anything on there that could compare to what I saw. The thing that gets me is that it was broad daylight and it wasn't anything we could have mistaken for something else. It still bothers me during the day at work, I'm always looking up there on the mountain. I wish we could see it again.
"But we're going up there to find those pieces. I know we can if they're still there. We saw where it hit. Maybe then we'll know what it was."

Others who have known these men all their lives say both are truthful and sane. They go to Church and are what is known as "saved" Christians. These men work hard and care for their families.
On the afternoon of August 17, 1978, this comfortable, traditional existence was shattered, forcing the two men to come to terms with the bizarre.
"I don't know exactly what it was but I can tell you what I saw," said a determined Maynor. "I was in the roller on the refuse dump and as I was going back up facing the mountain I saw something that I first thought was a jet airplane."
Then it happened. the object came down the mountain and as it neared it appeared to be a parachute. "I thought somebody flying may have had engine trouble and bailed out. It was about halfway down the mountain appearing just slightly above the treetops. I tried to get the dozer operator's (Terry Daniel's) attention. I was going to tell him somebody was hung up there in the trees in a parachute. But before I could get him to look it had already gone back up past the trees and I was afraid to tell him what I saw."
He said wind currents didn't seem to affect the object at all.
"He drew my attention to it," said Daniel. "I've never seen anything like it before in my life. It was a big white object... pearly white in the shape of a parachute. It was definitely something substantial but I don't know what it was."
Maynor said the object then descended again and returned to the location where he first spotted it. He said it moved over to the left at the base of the mountain, then back to the right and upward again.
"Then after it got to a certain height, I guess about 2,000 feet, it started moving out over Workmen's Creek. It was moving in a northeasterly direction. As it started moving slowly upward six pieces separated from it and it looked like one of them went back to the main object and the other five fell to the ground."
When the separations occurred, Maynor said the object assumed more of a triangular shape. "Then it started moving real fast straight up and we could see that it was black on the bottom. Then it just vanished out over the mountains."
The men said they were about a quarter mile away from the object and said from that vantage point it appeared to be about four feet in diameter. "Of course if we had been closer we might have seen it better," Daniel said. "We were pretty close though, and it was right up there in the sky.
"I've worked up here for nine years and I've never seen anything like it before, but it sure was there today."
Maynor said the pieces that fell to the ground looked oblong in shape. "They kind of floated to the ground very slowly. We know about where they hit and if someone wanted to go up there and look for them I'm sure they could find some of it." he said.
Someone looked.
A team of five newspaper employees set out the following day to search for pieces of the UFO. Maynor had said he had looked "for about 10 minutes" after work that day but said a complete search was next to impossible.
He was right.
We could see the slag dump was at the base of five or six mountains which had been strip mined for some time.
Several layers of 60 foot high walls contoured with the terrain and looked almost like a maze.
Strip mined mountain sides are not a hospitable environment for human beings. We descended into a 1930s science fiction movie landscape with fantastic neck-high shrubs and thickly planted locust trees, limbs covered with three spikes.
The slate covered hillside was infested with rattle snakes -- a virtual jungle
We spread out
It was tough going. Moving through the brush at a snail's pace, we kept in contact by yelling to each other. Scrambling to keep our balance, we scanned the area looking for any of the five pieces of a now vanished craft. Hoping for success and trying to ignore the threat of snakes beneath our boots, we pushed on.
When we had walked nearly half a mile around the rim of the hollow the two witnesses had designated, we looked far below to see a gnat-sized Maynor standing atop the roller pointing directions to a now disheartened crew. Looking down from the ridge made us realize the deceivingly vast distance involved... whatever the two men saw, it had to have been of considerable size for them to have noticed it from the fill sight they worked at.
We were too far around the mountain at this point, but had started up at about the right place. We looked down the hollow where, with out binoculars, we could see Maynor's gestures. There was no way we could go up there. While we had searched the rim, we realized the men had meant the slope which was a vertical dropoff of several hundred feet, uninviting to untrained explorers like ourselves.
And so the search was futile. We were forced to see that a thorough search would take more manpower and time than we few could give. We left that day covered with sweat and scratches, blood drawn by locust limbs and razor sharp shale.
"I'm going to wait until some of the brush dies down this fall and some of those leaves fall off so I can see what I'm doing," Maynor said later.
Daniel told us that when they told their superintendent what they had seen he told them they'd been out in the sun too long. "It wasn't anything like that," Daniel said. "It was up there in the sky and we saw it and we just wish some of the other men could have seen it too."
The men said they watched the object for an estimated eight to 10 minutes. "It could hover like a helicopter, it had very good control of its maneuvers," Maynor claimed.
Several months have passed since that clear day up the hollow near Workman's Creek when the two men saw something neither can explain. But for Terry Daniel and Thomas Maynor their quest for an answer is not yet complete.
Today they still can't believe what they saw and have taken no small amount of teasing because they told their story. "Some of the men I work with still call me 'Space Man,'" said Daniel, who still remains somewhat spellbound. "If we'd just caught a glimpse of it, it would be a lot different. But we stood there and watched it. There's no way anybody can deny it when we watched it for ten minutes. The UFO looked to be solidly constructed. It could move around in any direction and whoever was driving it had good control. If it was something from another planet I guess they saw what they came to see."
Daniel seems almost obsessed with the object. "It makes you study, that's for sure. It gives you a feeling of not being sure of what's in the future. I lay down at night and try to go to sleep and when I close my eyes I can see that thing hovering up there. I watched those television programs about outer space UFOs, but there has never been anything on there that could compare to what I saw. The thing that gets me is that it was broad daylight and it wasn't anything we could have mistaken for something else. It still bothers me during the day at work, I'm always looking up there on the mountain. I wish we could see it again.
"But we're going up there to find those pieces. I know we can if they're still there. We saw where it hit. Maybe then we'll know what it was."
SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT!

Jessica Walker, her 5-year old son, her mother, and her husband Misael Calderon were spending a day at the local Mayaguez Zoo. The youngster had been given a school assignment and had to photograph the animals. At the elephant section the young boy videotaped several elephants and the surrounding area. Upon arriving home they were watching the video and were stunned to see in an area where there was a monkey and some chickens they saw a strange creature which they considered not to be "of this world". They replayed the video several time and saw the same alien-type creature. They had not seen anything out of the ordinary while videotaping but did notice that the chimpanzee and the chickens were acting strangely. While videotaping the area Jessica's mother felt uneasy and her hairs stood up on end, she left the area immediately saying that "something was not right".

The witness (Carolina) was driving home in the South Hills area when she noticed a strange sight in the sky. She saw a man-sized "something" in the sky. It was speeding along and turning in a geometric spiral downward into a housing area. She did a double take, and parked her car to get a better look. At first she thought it was a kite. Then she thought that it was a "bunch of helium balloons". But the lower it got the more it looked like a man with a jet pack on, or at least some kind of wings on his back. She realized that it was not a kite as it moved in such a way and at such a rate of speed, that it had no earthly tether. Nor was it suspended from anything. It got to be about 100 feet off the ground, when she noticed a few people across the street looking at it too. It finally did settle somewhere in the neighborhood, a few streets away. One of the other witnesses mentioned to Carolina that whatever it was "it looked like Mothman".

The witness remembers being in bed when suddenly he awoke to feel numerous "hands" touching and caressing him. It felt just like someone "you love very much" was touching you. He suddenly felt fear since he was alone. He saw nobody in his room but felt the presence of many 'invisible creatures". These invisible creatures touched the witness's ears and head in a loving and caring way. Five minutes later the experience ended. But later that same night he saw a strange white diffuse light in the room and within the light he could see the outline of four or five creatures "dancing and playing around in the room". He could not distinguish the creature's features within the strange glow.

Three schools in this north Phoenix suburb were in lockdown for about 45 minutes after a student at Desert Arroyo Middle School reported seeing what seemed like a person dressed as Batman run across campus, jump a fence and disappear into the desert. The student described the "Batman" as 6 feet 3 inches tall and possibly male. A police search of the area turned up no one.

BUCKHURST HILL: Mystery over 'UFO' sighting

STRANGE "yellow balls of light" have been reported over Buckhurst Hill.
Jenny Cooper-Rendu, of Chiltern Way, Woodford Green was returning from a meeting at Chigwell School at 8.20pm on Friday (October 5), with her son William, 13, when she noticed the lights as she drove along Palmerston Road.
She said: "I was concentrating on the road so I didn't notice anything strange but my son asked me what the lights were and we pulled over to have a look."
She described "rows of large yellow lights suspended in the air, completely silent". She added: "They then all moved off very quickly in different directions, it lasted for about four minutes, and lots of people were getting out of their cars to take a look."
Mrs Cooper-Rendu said she is normally very cynical about UFO-type sightings but admitted the experience had left her shaken.
"I would describe myself as a sceptic but I really can't explain what it was I saw, I found it quite frightening. They definitely weren't fireworks, they were suspended in the air, if they were helicopters then they were completely silent, I'm not mad, I just want someone to explain to me what they were."
Previous UFO' sightings reported to the Guardian over the years have been put down to lit Thai lanterns which can be released into the night sky with lights which flicker for a while. On one occasion such lanterns released at a wedding reception sparked worried calls to Stansted Airport.
